The Club
The Club is HKT’s customer loyalty programme and digital ventures arm. Anyone can join the programme for free and enjoy the rewards, privileges, and services such as online shopping, travel, insurance, and community. Members can earn Clubpoints from spending through The Club’s digital services, designated HKT affiliate services, or partnered merchants. Clubpoints can be used to redeem rewards or deduct spending on the various The Club digital services.
You’ll enjoy exclusive deals and earn Clubpoints on The Club’s shopping, travel, insurance, and community services, along with spending on HKT affiliates (1O1O, csl, netvigator, HKT Smart Living) and our numerous merchant partners.
Members can use Clubpoints to redeem latest gadgets, trendy home appliances, gourmet goodies, unmissable events and more. Or use Clubpoints to offset your spending (Every 10 Clubpoints = HK$1 net spent) when you shop, book travel or support community activities through The Club’s online services.
As a member of The Club, you can attend an array of unmissable events ranging from lifestyle to entertainment. These have so far included priority booking privileges, concerts featuring local and international artistes, gala premieres and major sports events.

The Club membership is divided into 4 tiers: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Blue. Each tier offers its own unique privileges. As you earn a designated level of Clubpoints, you’ll be upgraded to the next membership tier—unlocking even more privileges.
