  • You are able to make outgoing calls with your own device but showing only your office number. As a result, you retain your privacy.
  • You can receive and access office voice messages by Voicemail (Visual Voicemail) on your mobile phone to catch up with your business.
  • Voicemail is shown as readable messages, allowing you to know which ones should be listened to first according to their importance.
  • Fax Mail (Office Fax) allows you to read fax as messages, letting you decide which ones your should read first according to your business priority.
  • Fax messages can be sent to your email simultaneously with copies retained and shared with colleagues and business partners.

  • Numbers on Group Phonebook is separated from your personal contact list.
  • You are able to remotely control call forwarding. With only one click, you can forward calls to your office number to any other local or overseas number, saving you time to remember remote access number.
