香港電訊錄得穩健中期業績

香港電訊於截至2018年6月30日止六個月錄得穩健的財務業績，反映我們旗下核心業務的實力及穩健營運能力，以及不斷提升營運效率。經調整資金流增加百分之四至港幣22.05億元。

HKT reports solid interim results

HKT has delivered a set of solid financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2018, reflecting the strength and resilience across our lines of core business as well as continued operating efficiency improvements. Adjusted funds flow increased by 4% to HK$2,205 million.

集團董事總經理變更

集團董事總經理艾維朗先生將於8月31日退休。現任集團財務總裁兼執行董事許漢卿女士將於9月1日繼任集團董事總經理。許女士將卸任香港電訊集團財務總裁職務，黃康傑先生已獲委任為財務總裁，9月1日起生效。

Change of Group Managing Director

Group Managing Director (GMD) Mr. Alex Arena will retire with effect from the end of August 31. Ms. Susanna Hui, currently the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and Executive Director, will succeed as GMD from September 1. Ms. Hui will step down as HKT’s GCFO and Mr. Evan Wong has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer from September 1.

恒生綜合大中型股指數

我們很高興香港電訊信託及香港電訊有限公司的股份合訂單位將被列入恒生綜合大中型股指數，由9月10日生效。

We are pleased that the share stapled units of the HKT Trust and HKT Limited will be included in the Hang Seng Composite LargeCap & MidCap Index effective September 10.

Tap & Go拍住賞*於書展設立Virtual Store

為推廣線上至線下（O2O）購物體驗，Tap & Go拍住賞在七月的香港書展首次推出Virtual Store，讓參觀人士在購買書籍及產品時，只須掃描相關的QR碼。Tap & Go拍住賞亦於七月舉辦的香港動漫電玩節及八月舉辦的美食博覽設置Virtual Store服務入場人士。

To promote online to offline shopping experience, Tap & Go launched its first Virtual Store at the Hong Kong Book Fair in July enabling visitors to purchase books and products by scanning their QR codes. A virtual store also served visitors at the Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong in July and Food Expo in August.

IT夏令營2018

香港電訊及其母公司電訊盈科已連續第十七年贊助滬港台青少年 IT 夏令營。今年以「智能服務生活」為主題，60名來自三地的學生，於7月29日至8月2日期間，到訪上海的企業及學術機構，提升他們最新資訊科技應用的知識。

　
IT Summer Camp 2018

HKT and its parent company, PCCW, have sponsored the Shanghai-Hong Kong-Taiwan Youth IT Summer Camp for the 17th consecutive year. With the theme of “Intelligent IT for A Better Life”, 60 students from the three places visited business and academic institutions in Shanghai between July 29 and August 2 to enhance their knowledge of the latest IT technology application.

夏令營由香港電腦學會、上海市計算機學會、IMA資訊經理人協會（台灣）共同主辦。
The event is organized by the Hong Kong Computer Society and its counterparts in Taiwan and Shanghai.

PCCW Global慈善跑2018

今年的PCCW Global慈善跑於6月假新加坡濱海花園舉行，超過800名跑手參與。活動合共籌得4萬5千新加坡幣，已全數捐贈予新加坡願望成真基金，為患重病的兒童實現願望。
　
PCCW Global Charity Run 2018
　
Over 800 runners joined the annual PCCW Global Charity Run at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore in June. The event raised SG$45,000 for Make-A-Wish Singapore to fulfill the wishes and dreams of children with life-threatening medical conditions.

對飲管說不
　

我們位於荔枝角機樓、牛頭角工程中心及圓州角機樓的員工餐廳，由8月1日起逢星期三都不再提供飲管。我們亦鼓勵同事們採取其他措施去減少塑膠污染。
　
No Straws!
　
Our staff canteens at Lai Chi Kok Exchange, Ngau Tau Kok Engineering Center and Yuen Chau Kok Exchange no longer offer any straws on Wednesdays starting from August 1. Colleagues have also been reminded to adopt other measures to reduce plastic pollution.

義工嘉許

電訊盈科/香港電訊義工隊再度獲社會福利署頒發義務工作嘉許金狀（團體）。在2017年，我們舉辦多達43項長期和單次性的義工服務，義工隊的服務時數超過20,000小時。

Volunteer Award

The PCCW-HKT volunteer team has again received a Gold Award for Volunteer Service (Organization) from the Social Welfare Department. In 2017, we held 43 on-going and one-off volunteer activities with over 20,000 service hours.
