The service reconnection fees are set out below:
HK$200 for NETVIGATOR BROADBAND
HK$100 for NETVIGATOR 56K Dial-up
Please settle your oustanding payment so that we can resume your NETVIGATOR service as soon as possible.

NETVIGATOR will send you the bill within 6 to 7 days after your bill cut-off date (on the 3rd, 9th, 15th or 21st day in every month depending on individual customers) by e-mail (free of charge) or post ($20/mth). In general, payment will be due 2 weeks after the bill has been issued. Please settle the payment on / before the due date in order to avoid service suspension due to overdue payment and the related service reconnection fee.

Payment method options depend on individual service plans to which customers subscribe.

a) Credit Card

b) Autopay
Please click "Download Useful Forms" in "Help & Support" on this website if you want to obtain an autopay authorization form


c) Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
Use your ATM card to settle your bill at any ATM labeled “Bill Payment Service”. Select “PCCW” as merchant. You will need to input your Receipt A/C no. (14 digits) and payment amount.


d) By check
i. Mail a crossed check payable to “PCCW” together with the payment stub to GPO Box 11253, Hong Kong.
ii. Write your Receipt A/C No. on the back of the check and mail it at least 3 working days before the payment due date. The Receipt A/C No. is shown on the payment stub.
iii. Post-dated check will not be accepted.
iv. No receipt will be issued.

f) In Person
Please print and/ or bring along the bill with bar codes to the following payment locations:
i. Post Offices for cash or check payment (except mobile post offices; only for paper bills with bar codes).
ii. 7-Eleven for cash payment. (for e-mail or paper bills with bar codes)


You may go to “My Bill” on this website to save your bill to your computer and print it out.


Note: Some service plans allow customers to pre-pay HK$800 cash if they select cash payment method. Such prepayment shall be offset against the NETVIGATOR service charges.

You can find the 10-digit Account no. at the top right corner of the electronic or paper bill.

14-digit Receipt A/C no. is at the bottom of the electronic bill/ the back of paper bill. (Please note that the Receipt A/C no. will not be showed on your paper bill if you pay via credit cards or autopay.) You may visit “My Bill” on this website to view the last three monthly bills.

NETVIGATOR's PPS merchant code is "74" and bill type is "62".

Your first-time login password by default is the first six digits of your HKID card number. For example: If your HKID card number is A123456, your default login password will be a12345.
