NETVIGATOR, HKT Home Phone and Now TV – “MIXC SUNGANG Merchant Offer” e-Coupon Offer Terms and Conditions

Designated NETVIGATOR, HKT Home Phone and Now TV customers can collect the “MIXC SUNGANG Merchant Offer” e-Coupon for free via My HKT App during the Promotion Period (this “Offer”). Relevant terms and conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This Offer is valid from 30 May 2025 to 31 October 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. To be eligible for the Offer, you must be (“Eligible Customer”):
    1. an existing consumer customer of designated NETVIGATOR, HKT Home Phone and Now TV plan, with a valid an existing consumer customer of designated NETVIGATOR, HKT Home Phone and Now TV plan, with a valid account under My HKT App; and
    2. a selected NETVIGATOR, HKT Home Phone and Now TV customer who has received a “MIXC SUNGANG Merchant Offer” e-Coupon (“e-Coupon”) via My HKT App under “My Wallet” during the Promotion Period.
  3. In order to enjoy this Offer, Eligible Customer must obtain the e-Coupon via My HKT App under “My Wallet” and follow the instructions contained therein. For the terms and conditions of the use of e-Coupon in relation to each participating merchant (including the offer period for each merchant which may differ from the above Promotion Period), please visit https://app.mixcapp.com/ma/m-20097/events/main?id=100037530p&type=0mixc for details.
  4. The e-Coupon under this Offer is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of 深圳市笋崗華潤置地發展有限公司(“Partner”). For details, please visit “一點萬象” mini app on WeChat.
  5. Each Eligible Customer can use the e-Coupon under this Offer unlimited times during the relevant offer period for each participating merchant.
  6. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer and/or the e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
  7. We, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and Now TV Limited, are not the provider, operator or manufacturer of the e-Coupon under this Offer or any merchandise or service obtainable via the e-Coupon under this Offer. We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the e-Coupon under this Offer (including but not limited to the quality of any merchandise or service obtainable via the e-Coupon under this Offer) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the e-Coupon under this Offer or any merchandise or service obtainable via the e-Coupon under this Offer.   9. We reserve the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The Partner reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions governing the e-Coupon or its use at any time without notice.
  10. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to this Offer, our decisions shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to the e-Coupon or its use, the Partner’s decisions shall be final.
