Designated NETVIGATOR, HKT Home Phone and Now TV customers can collect the “Up to 7% discount at Don Quijote in Japan” e-Coupon for free via My HKT App during the Promotion Period (this “Offer”). Relevant terms and conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This Offer is valid from 18 July 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. To be eligible for the Offer, you must be (“Eligible Customer”):
    1. an existing consumer customer of designated NETVIGATOR, HKT Home Phone and Now TV plan, with a valid account under My HKT App; and
    2. a selected NETVIGATOR, HKT Home Phone and Now TV customer who has received a “Up to 7% discount at Don Quijote in Japan” e-Coupon (“e-Coupon”) via My HKT App under “My Wallet” during the Promotion Period.
  3. In order to enjoy this Offer, Eligible Customer must obtain the e-Coupon via My HKT App under “My Wallet” and follow the instructions contained therein. Eligible customer must personally visit Don Quijote stores in Japan and present the discount barcode page from the e-Coupon to the store staff before checkout to receive the discount.
    （1）5% OFF for purchases 10,000 yen or above (excluding tax)
    （2）7% OFF for purchases 30,000 yen or above (excluding tax)
    This offer is not applicable to designated products. For details on how to use the discount barcode and information about excluded products, please refer to the Don Quijote website https://japanportal.donki-global.com/coupon/?ptcd=0257000001 and follow the instructions of the Don Quijote store staff.
  4. The e-Coupon under this Offer is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of Pan Pacific International Holdings Corporation (“Partner”). For details, please visit the Partner’s official website.
  5. Each Eligible Customer can use the e-Coupon under this Offer once during the Promotion Period.
  6. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer and/or the e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
  7. We, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and Now TV Limited, are not the provider, operator or manufacturer of the e-Coupon under this Offer or any merchandise or service obtainable via the e-Coupon under this Offer. We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the e-Coupon under this Offer (including but not limited to the quality of any merchandise or service obtainable via the e-Coupon under this Offer) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the e-Coupon under this Offer or any merchandise or service obtainable via the e-Coupon under this Offer.   9. We reserve the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The Partner reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions governing the e-Coupon or its use at any time without notice.
  10. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to this Offer, our decisions shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to the e-Coupon or its use, the Partner’s decisions shall be final.
