Job Description:

Your role

  • Lead the team to perform personal loan and card payment related operations, including merchant/customer onboarding, transactions maintenance, card issuing, reconciliation, loan maintenance, exception handling and answering the query from different stakeholders
  • Ensure all operational activities are in full compliance with both internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Review, develop and streamline the operation workflows/procedures to maintain high quality and efficient services
  • Participate and contribute to new initiatives and projects
  • Provide training to the team
  • Timely update the operational manuals and escalate abnormal situations/potential risks to supervisor
  • Participate in risk management exercises such as BCP
  • Train and develop team and support needs from other departments related to risk managementPerform ad hoc task or new tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Manage good working relationships with the team and internal/external partners to ensure a seamless process flow

Requirements:

To succeed in this role

  • Degree holder in Operations or Business related disciplines with 5 years solid experience in card related operations with minimum 2 years managerial experience
  • Great sense of ownership, risk and control, self-motivated, innovative, analytical, willing to take up new challenge, work independently as well as being a good team leader and player
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholders management and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasked and able to work under tight timelines
  • Experience in project management is preferred
  • Knowledge/experience in loan related operation is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
