穩健財務業績


管於2017年全年面對激烈的行業競爭以及經濟持續偏軟,香港電訊於截至2017年12月31日止年度仍錄得穩健的財務業績,反映我們旗下各項業務的表現強韌,以及營運效率持續改善。本年度經調整資金流增加百分之五至港幣49.12億元。


Solid financial results

 

HKT delivered a solid set of financial results for the year ended December 31, 2017, reflecting the resilience of all of our lines of business as well as continued operating efficiency improvements, despite intense industry competition throughout the year and the soft economy that prevailed in 2017. Adjusted funds flow for the year increased by 5% to HK$4,912 million.

提升的士乘客體驗

 

港電訊於Jumbo Taxi的車隊推出聯網汽車解決方案及「拍住賞」付款服務*。該解決方案可追踪的士的實時位置、評估司機駕駛態度及為乘客提供免費Wi-Fi 服務。此外,的士乘客可使用「拍住賞」的「Go QR」流動付款服務支付Jumbo Taxi車費。

 

 

Enhancing taxi commuter experience


HKT is introducing a connected-car solution and Tap & Go payment service* into Jumbo Taxi vehicles. The solution can track a taxi’s real-time location, assess driver behavior and offer free Wi-Fi service for taxi commuters, who can settle taxi fares using Tap & Go "Go QR" mobile payment service.

我們的義工隊再度獲社會福利署推廣義工服務督導委員會頒發2016年最高服務時數獎(私人團體 - 組別一)優異獎,並獲香港生產力促進局頒發第八屆香港傑出企業公民獎 - 義工隊組別銀獎。

義工隊於2月3日參與由綠色力量舉行的「環島行」年度籌款活動,提供臨場支援,並提醒行山人士有關垃圾分類回收等環保習慣。

40名義工早前參與盲人觀星傷健營,利用特別觀星器材,與視障人士一同感受星空之美。

於1月28日,60名義工參與由義務工作發展局舉辦的全城「喜」義關懷大行動,前往探訪觀塘區的長者,並送贈愛心百福袋。

HKT education於去年11月為一間沙田安老院舉辦虛擬實境活動,讓長者透過虛擬實境技術,遊覽世界七大奇景。

 

Community and environmental efforts

Our volunteer team was once again awarded the Merit of Highest Service Hour Award 2016 (Private Organizations – Category 1) by the Steering Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service, Social Welfare Department. We also received the Hong Kong Outstanding Corporate Citizenship - Silver Award - Volunteer Team from The Hong Kong Productivity Council.

Our volunteers provided on-site support to the annual fundraising hiking event, Green Power Hike, organized by Green Power on February 3. We also reminded the hikers of green habits such as waste separation and recycling.

Forty volunteers joined the Stargaze Camp for All and the Blind held earlier where visually impaired people could experience the beauty of the starry sky with special stargazing instruments.

Sixty volunteers joined the Share-To-Care Volunteer Campaign organized by the Agency for Volunteer Service on January 28, and visited the elderly in Kwun Tong with caring packs.

Last November, HKT education organized a virtual reality workshop for the residents of a Shatin elderly home to explore the Seven Wonders of the World with VR technology.
