Our customer service and sales channels and staff have emerged as the biggest winners in the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) Awards 2014, scooping the Grand Award of the Year and 18 other corporate and individual awards. The Awards recognize the best of the best within the contact center industry in Hong Kong, Macau and Southern China.

As a result of these achievements, HKT has also been named a winner of the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL) Recognition Awards.

PCCW Global 行政總裁獲選年度行政人員

香港電訊旗下國際業務單位PCCW Global行政總裁夏晉桓先生於Global Carrier Awards 2014上獲選為年度行政人員（行業貢獻）。該獎項由Capacity Media頒發，旨在表揚創新、優越及高曕遠矚的電訊商，為全球批發電訊市場訂立卓越表現的標準。

1O1O 呈獻「歌聲魅影」戲服展館

百老匯公演歷時最長及其中最著名的音樂劇「歌聲魅影」將於12月重返香江。

1O1O作為該音樂劇香港公演之指定流動網絡，於其中環1O1O特設「歌聲魅影」戲服展館，展出劇中10套華麗戲服及劇中面具。展館開放予公眾直至2014年12月31日。

Being the longest running show on Broadway and one of the most celebrated musicals of all time, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is returning to Hong Kong in December.

As the official mobile network of the show in Hong Kong, 1O1O has transformed its 1O1O Central into a gallery showcasing 10 original costumes and The Phantom’s mask. The gallery is open to the public until December 31, 2014.

Recognition for our volunteer service

HKT and parent company PCCW volunteer team was given a certificate for having contributed more than 10,000 hours of volunteer service to the community in 2013. The recognition was presented by the Government’s Steering Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service on October 24.
