Job Description:
- Provide professional consultation to customers regarding their interest in Smart Living products or services
- Propose thorough solution to settle customer requests in a tactful and timely manner
- Establish good customer relationship by offering one-stop-shop service
- Mainly handle incoming call and meet with customer if necessary
- Working Location: Lai Chi Kok
- 5-day work week including weekends & public holidays
- 42.5 hours per week, willing to take up shift duties between 0800 - 2100

- F.5 / DSE or above with some sales experience. Experienced Candidate with 2 years of sales experience will be considered as Sales Executive
- Positive working attitude, responsible and result-oriented and eager to success
- Confident in achieving individual and team pre-set targets
- Experience in selling or call center would be a big advantage
- Enjoy interacting with customers with good manner and service attitude
- Fluent in Cantonese. Good command of spoken English and Mandarin is a plus
