You will be responsible to deliver professional account servicing to premier customers through dedicated hotline.
- Identify customer’s need and expectation proactively
- Uplift customer’s experience by providing better solutions
- Develop a long-term relationship with customers
- Work lcoation: Sha Tin
- 42.5 working hours per week, work shifts between 8am – 8pm (including weekends & public holidays)

- F.6 or above
- Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service (fresh graduate is also welcomed)
- Customer-oriented, solutions driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
