Premium Redemption

Registered customers should present their HK identity cards, the completed premium redemption letter or the SMS notification (only applicable for those customers choose to receive SMS notification), collecting the premium at a designated location within one month of receiving notification.
(If it’s registered by company name, please present the company BR copy and chop for premium redemption procedure.)

Third Party Collection
Authorized persons collecting the gift on your behalf must complete the authorization form with authorized persons' HK identity and provide a photocopy of the registered user’s HKID card to collect the premium at a designated redemption center within one month of receiving notification.

Special points to note

•	Please call hotline of the designated location to check stock status prior to your visit.
•	A Customer who does not collect his Loyalty Gift within the redemption period as specified in the notification letter shall be deemed to forfeit his Loyalty Gift. The use of the Service shall continue to be governed by terms and conditions of the Term Plan.
•	HKT reserves the right to replace the Loyalty Gift selected by another gift without prior notice. HKT is neither the manufacturer nor the supplier of the Loyalty Gift and shall not be responsible for any liabilities among these of and no compensation shall be offered by HKT (including but not limited to premium liability, quality and maintenance).
•	Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited reserves the right of final decision.
•	To promote environmental protection, please bring your own bag.
